- Ostomy Care for colostomy management to help clients eliminate body wastes.
- Wound care for wound management. Services include diagnosis and treatment.
- Medication Management and administration to ensure clients get the desired outcomes. Prescribed drugs are thoroughly reviewed to ensure safety.
- Clinical nursing services such as wound care management, chronic disease management, and medication administration.
- Home health is provided at home for an injury or illness.
- Therapies such as vocational rehabilitation, cognitive rehabilitation, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy.
- Skilled nursing care, which include services that can only be performed by licensed health care providers.
